I'm David Tarafa.

I’m a queer Cuban-American artist based in Seattle, WA. I’m a cartoonist and an illustrator.

My comics are intimate, character-driven stories about queer people exploring their bodies and identities through magic and sex. 

Visually, I’m inspired by indie comics, classic cartoonists, punk aesthetics, and surrealist art. I specialize in the human form, expressive faces, and kinetic imagery. I love clean lines, black inks, and vivid color.
